- In the rare event that your furniture arrives with shipping damage, please report it immediately upon delivery.
- Contact our Customer Support team at customercare@bigbear.in with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, including any visible damage to the packaging.
2. Eligibility:
- This policy is applicable exclusively to items damaged during the shipping process.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
3. Reporting Process:
- Our team will review the provided photos to assess the extent of the damage and verify eligibility for a return.
- Additional information or photos may be requested to facilitate the return process.
4. Return Process:
- Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions for the return process.
- You may be asked to return the damaged item, or in most cases, we will arrange for a pickup.
5. Refund or Replacement:
- We will replace the product damaged due to shipping at no extra cost.
- Only in a rare instance when we are not in a position to replace your product will refunds be processed to the original payment method.
6. Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are eligible only in the case of shipping damage. For other reasons, including change of mind, exchanges are not accepted.
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than shipping damage.
